Santiago del Rey is a Ph.D. student in Computing at the Software and Service Engineering Group (GESSI) of the Universitat Politècnica de Barcelona – BarcelonaTech (UPC). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, specializing in Software Engineering, and a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, both of which were appointed by the UPC. His interests include Empirical Software Engineering, Green AI, MLOps, and AI Engineering. He has been a working member of research and technology transfer projects related to the environmental sustainability of ML software (GAISSA, ML-EnergyLabel).
