Francesc Sistach is the Global CEO of Specialisterne, and organization devoted to the inclusion of neurodiversity in the labor market and that has offices in 13 countries and operates worldwide. Francesc is an IT Engineer (by the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya), is father of an autistic girl, and has been involved in various projects related to autism and neurodiversity for 15 years, highlighting the creation of Specialisterne in Spain, Italy, and Latin America.
